Schotte Kunststoffen is one of the leading manufacturers in plastic bottles, cans and jars in the Benelux for many years. Every year, the company produces millions of products in many different shapes and sizes for the pharmaceutical , food, chemical and industrial business.

 

 

The new building meets the required certifications for the food business, which was a absolute necessity for reason that we want to expand in this particular market as well. Several sauce companies enjoy our quality products, warehousing and other services. Other potential customers in the food business are also most welcome.

We are a pioneer as from the very first beginning, when we started in Amsterdam as a cork processing company. In 2012 we acquired a German colleague (Rohrmann Kunststoffen), which resulted in a fine and successful cooperation.  

In order to respect our environment, we decided many years ago in cooperation with the chemical industry to start bottle manufacturing by PCR materials. And see now your waste can be recycled successfully and we are able to give it a new bottle shape.

 

Solar panels and robots:

As many solar panels as possible will be installed on the imposing new plant in Ens by spring 2023, several more modern an efficient machines will be erected, we have more capacity for storage, new offices and an efficient production. The automatically warehouse, contains almost 20.000 pallet places and is managed by cranes and robots. The common future the production will be automated to remain competitive in a turbulent market. Almost all employees , 85FTE’s, are moving to Ens. Each colleague has his own specialty and we are proud on our crew.
